Here is the story behind All The Dreams Come True, which is kind of my motivation track featured on the I Won’t Forget You EP released in 2018.
After a discussion with a friend of mine one night, I had this picture of this hard working young man, born and raised in a poor family, who just wanted to get out of his far and small town, end his job he never liked as a shoe salesman, move to New York and make history as a musician (it could have been any other big city, but New York was in my mind…). Even if nobody believed in him, he did it and made his way to the top. Cool story, right? Well, I’m a firm believer that it can happen if you put in the effort and never stop working.
I wanted to write a song and spread that no matter who you are, or where you’re from, you have the power to decide what you want to do with your life. You can achieve your dreams if you put in the effort. Anyone should go for it if they believe it is the right thing to do. Too many people think that they can’t make it for any bad reasons, whether they come from a poor neighborhood or they think they aren’t good enough, but this song has been written so the listeners can become more confident, move forward with their dreams and make them happen.
My friends and I went in the studio with a country rock vibe in mind, we wanted the listeners to be able to put a picture on the song if they close their eyes and kind of build their own movie. I’m really proud of what we’ve done with it, I think it’s a cool rock song with cool guitar lines. Most important, it has a positive message. This is a cool story (I think) and I hope it can motivate at least one person. If it does, then the mission of this track will be a success.
Dream dreams, they all come true, make ’em real, you just have to… You gotta chase what’s calling you, you can get back on your feet, ’cause all the dreams come true if you just do what you have to…
Go out there and fulfill your dreams. Life is way too short to have any regrets. I read somewhere that it’s better to try something and maybe fail than regret all your life what you never and should have done…
Enjoy and share the song with your friends… It is available everywhere.
