Great night in Lavaltrie

Yesterday (Jan 5th 2017) was the first ”Jeudi Taxi” event of 2017 hosted by La Chasse Galerie & Taxi Promo in Lavaltrie Quebec.

After a stop for a quick interview at the M103.5 radio station in Joliette, I headed to this great venue where I played twice in the past years and shared the stage with 4 other great artists (Jael Bird Joseph, Sarah Toussaint-Léveillé, Dominic Dagenais & Nicolas Patterson).

The crowd was amazing, the other artists played good music and we really had fun. It was the first time I played my new songs in public so it was a great opportunity for me to see the response of the audience, which was just great!

One of the highlights of the night was the technical issue I had (yeah, yeah, I said this was one of the best moments!!!) when my guitar pickup gave up. I decided to put the mic aside and play ”Last Train”, the very first track I wrote for my next album, completely unplugged and I think we had a really cool moment (even If I was really mad when it happened!!!).
